Markings: Green eyes. Suffers from a skin condition.
Circumstances: Must have somehow got out in the morning. He is not used to the outdoors at all so he won't know where to go and may well be hiding scared

Found very skinny but perfectly fine and healthy otherwise. Was in a bush across the road meowing. I think he had found his way home but was still a bit confused and scared.
