Circumstances:	My 10 month old blue russian kitten called Fats went missing on Thursday 29th march 2018 at around about 9pm as we went outside to put the bins out and he escaped, fats has until now been an indoor cat and has only just been neutered last friday. He is a very lanky cat with a long torso and long legs. In temprenent fats is very docile and friendly,
