Circumstances:	moved to a new area, assumed he is just an outside cat that belonged to someone, discovered some people were feeding him outside and i started feeding him as well, took him to the vet yesterday and they said the microchip number has been disconnected
Other info:	he looks like he is wearing socks, he is very skinny
