Circumstances:	The cat walked up to my partner and i when we arrived home, as refused to leave our front garden ever since. We have had it in our kitchen as it was cold but it didn't seem to get any comfort from that, we've offered food and water and a bed but the cats still meowing.
Other info:	Lovely friendly small female tabby cat, very chatting had been meowing all night.
