Markings:	Do not feed tag, blue bell, blue collar, white on nose and chin only
Circumstances:	He just went outside as normal and has never came back. He has never been outside overnight ever. He has normal meal time routine. Usually stays in around the local street/lane
Other info:	6kg in weight.
