Circumstances:	She has been sticking very close to our window/roof for last week or two, doesn't leave for long and has no collar, may have fleas as she is scratching a lot, has been sick a few times so not in best of health but no severe injuries. Definitely appears to be stray and not feral as she is friendly towards humans but a little nervous too.

Hi are you able to borrow a cat carrier and take her to the vets to be scanned? It’s free also you can get a reference from RSPCA to give to vet and if no owner is found they can use it for treatment. The local vet might loan you a carrier or try NextDoor. Failing that if the cat comes and goes try a paper collar asking owner to call you.
