Markings:	The beginning of the tail has very short hair (not growing properly)
Circumstances:	It was literally on my balcony meowing under the table, then we let it inside. It seemed very hungry and affectionate and was sleeping a lot. Took the cat to the vet, no microchip- I have it with me, but I am trying to find the owner.

Hello, I am sorry for your lost cat. It is not the same cat, they look different, but another thing is this cat is female, not a male. Good luck!
