Markings:	Orange tipped tail, black front legs with white paws - brown/orange marbelling in the body
Circumstances:	Have seen this cat around for a while but usually runs away near people. Left for work around 8AM and he/she was crying near the door in the pouring rain. Came back from work around 8PM and he was still there, going up to people but skittish. Was going to give it food and leave it outside but already knew it had a cold/wet day. Seems to have relaxed but does have a cut on it's tail, looks relatively clean though.
