Our cat sitter chose to regime him. Based on the circumstances we found him we were 90% sure he was dumped. Onlookers said a car stopped by Chiswick house and a man got out of the car and walked around. The next thing they noticed was a shocked kitten on the pavement. Since our friends dog isn’t cat friendly we chose to foster him for a while.
