Markings:	White underneath black tail and black back
Circumstances:	We heard a noise from our flat and went to look and a cat was pacing up and down and meowing continuously. The cat seemed stressed and lost. We walked up and down the rd to see if anyone was looking for it for 30 mins but no one came. It followed us home and then wouldn't leave. I tried to take it back to where it followed us from but it just followed me back meowing .
Other info:	It is healthy and very friendly.

I took the cat to Grove Park Vets, the cat was chipped and they tried to find the owner. Today, I phoned and they said the owner still hasn't contacted them. They think the chip is old and she has a new owner, who unfortunately doesn't know where she is. They are going to send her to Battersea cats home to be revoked.
