Circumstances:	We were walking him off-lead this morning around 11:00am on a public footpath behind Falkland Arms when a dog passing us by frightened him and he ran in the opposite direction. We thought he would loop back around and come back to us, as he usually does. We tried calling to him and walking over to where he was, but he had disappeared. We walked across all paths and fields in the area for hours, drove on all surrounding roads, calling out, to no avail. We have left bedding and food in the place where he was last seen. He is usually very responsive to his name and to treats.
Other info:	Small, approx. 4.5kg, reddish-cream coat with lighter paws and chest. Friendly, curious, bold, responds to his name and to food.
