I received a call this afternoon at 13:45 from a man who has an allotment at the back of the Coronation Recreation Ground that he had found a dead cat in his shed. He had not been to the allotment for a number of weeks. I am meeting this man at 5pm today because I want to keep Boycie's collar. This is why it is so important to have the owner's details on a collar tag in addition to having cats microchipped which I think should be compulsory.
