Circumstances:	He was crying by the side of the road
Other info:	The cats's coat is a bit matted, and he/she don't like the leg touched and is making am unusual cry, found him whilst walking home late at night down campden road, Benhall. He was curled up in the side of the road. As the temperature was so cold i did manage to pick up up and bring him to mine for the night. His fur is quite matted but doesn't seem to have an injuries. I just need to know he is someone's cat and he has a home.
