Markings:	Scar on neck looks relatively new but healing, shaved patch on leg
Circumstances:	He has been coming into the garden for a few months, is very skinny and without a collar. May have an owner but spends a lot of time wondering and meowing up and down the garden walls. Had a blue ribbon on when we first saw him which is now gone.
