Has the cat been scanned for a microchip?

The cat has been caught and taken to RSPCA to treat,neuter check if a chip is present. RSPCA with treat and see if cat can be rehoused if not will re release in the same area

My boy has similar markings, but went missing 3 years ago from Stockport. He is neutered and chipped
