Please try attaching a paper collar made from a strip of strongish paper, with a small piece of tape, giving your contact number and asking if puss belongs to anyone. If they are just visiting, you should get a response.

It is really important if you could please, to ask at as many of the houses as you can in your street and in the street in front and behind you to see if anyone knows this cat? This is often the best way to find an owner. They could easily have wandered this far, and cats have been found only a couple of streets away after being missing for some time. They quite possibly live locally, but their owner may not be on social media. Thank you. X
