Circumstances:	The cat was meowing constantly in my garden almost like it was asking for help or trying to get its owners to hear it. He is very scared and if approached runs away. I have tried to feed it but it doesn’t go near the food even when I leave and watch it from the window. He doesn’t seem to be injured or hurt just very frightened.
Other info:	The cat is mainly white with ginger patches. It has a full ginger tail and above it he has a ginger patch. Green eyes and a pink nose. His legs seem to be ginger I’ve not had a close look at it as it doesn’t let me get close to it. Usually, homeless cats would let you close to them and they’ll eat the food. The cat seems nervous and scared.
