Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	He has a few white hairs on his upper chest. My daughter tells me 14 to be precise.
Circumstances:	Wilbur never came back for his dinner which is extremely unlike him and he’s never wandered off like this before.
Other info:	He is a big cat but slender with a long tail and legs. In the sun he can look a little brown and some stripes can be slightly visible.

We found Wilbur trapped in the outside patio part of a 3 story building below ground level.
