Microchipped:	No
Markings:	blue markings near the eyes
Circumstances:	flew out a door that had been knocked open .
Other info:	I had to use the description of parakeet as there was on Parrotlet on the list. He is about 10 cm long, short tail, and has a red leg band on his leg.
