Circumstances:	walking past disused industrial area Possible lost/stolen/stray rottweiler - visibly quite distressed - locked inside some unused industrial space in South London. Spent a lot of time trying to get out and chasing after us as we walked away but was unable to get out. Maybe belongs to someone / has been lost or stolen??? Also has a red collar with silver bones on.
Other info:	visibly distressed locked in unused industrial area in peckham following us desperately trying to get over fence / through gate - scraping on gate, whining, following - clearly distressed Possible lost/stolen/stray rottweiler - visibly quite distressed - locked inside some unused industrial space in South London. Spent a lot of time trying to get out and chasing after us as we walked away but was unable to get out. Maybe belongs to someone / has been lost or stolen??? Also has a red collar
