Hi are you able to get the cat into a cat basket? Throw some food in and hopefully he will follow it and you can close the door. Be careful thought as if stressed might not want to go in. Once in a basket you can take to any vet to scan for a microchip as might have an owner from before. If you can’t get into a basket can you call Celia Hammond Trust and tell them the situation and ask for help in getting the cat to safety. We found a cat in this situation last year and she was missing from many years ago.
