Circumstances:	I found the dog at the same time that the man of the picture. He decided to take the dog and gave with him to the church. I don't know why he said me that not call the police. I called to lost and found pets telephone but no-one responded. Sorry, I'm just arriving from Barcelona 2 weeks ago and I need to improve my English. Regards.
