STOLEN

Age:	7 years old (approx)
Sex:	Spayed Female
Collar:	No
Microchipped:	No
Markings:	white dash on nose, white beard, neck and paws but small flecks of black between front toes and odd pink toe pads on one paw
Circumstances:	Our black cat inky went missing at 11am from Calne in Wiltshire. She is spayed but not microchipped. She has a white chin, breast, tummy and paws. The paws have black fur hooks from her legs leading down to her toes. On Sunday 18th February we received a telephone call from the person purporting to have taken the cat. The person who telephoned described the cat in detail and the location it was last seen and said they would slaughter it in the most violent way if we did not pay much more money than we had offered as a reward. As there have been reports of many cat killings in the UK I went to the police and to the RSPCA to report theses attempts of extortion and blackmail and also the more serious harm that would befall this animal if we did not pay but neither were interested in dealing with the matter in a professional manner and yet both purport of these organisations wants the public to report animal cruelty. This cat has been spayed and therefore would be unfit for producing kittens but i have reason to believe she may still be alive. If she is found, please contact me on the telephone number provided. There will be a sensible reward for her recovery.
