Markings:	He has some brown marks on his paws
Circumstances:	He was a bit dirty, very scared and lost. He's very skinny and when he was found he hadn't eaten for what it looked like days at least. As soon as he recognized we didn't mean any harm, he was very cuddly and excited.
Other info:	He has a very fluffy tail, chest and cheeks. He's a tabby (i think) and white cat
