Circumstances:	Dead cat found in road by passer by . Appears to have been hit by vehicle. Pass by Knocked our door asking if we knew it . He said he wrapped cat in bag and placed in big bin on upper tulse hill.we asked our neighbours as one of them had a black and white and so retrieved it from bin to identify it but was not their cat. reported to council in case chipped and take photos of.
