Circumstances:	Cat just appeared and is hanging around all day, it lies in the road and does not seem frightened of cars or people
Other info:	Looks a bit scruffy as if living outdoors

I will upload a photo soon, I know that black and white cats look very similar, this one is very friendly and not at all afraid, keeps trying to get indoors.

It needs scanning for a microchip but my mother in law is unable to get it to the vets and I am 2 hours away.
