Circumstances:	Crying for food on our carpark. First found him in the communal bin searching for food.
Other info:	Bright yellow eyes. All black. Fairly young, small adult. Timid but friendly enough now it is used to our presence. Think kay be female but not sure. Showed up around early September 2021
