Hello Velvet, thank you for recording this and taking care of the cat. May I as that you are careful about handing over the cat to anyone who may try to claim ownership. It sounds as though this is an unnneutered female, so great care needs to be taken. Have you taken the cat to a vets to be scanned for a microchip? If not I can assist with scanning the cat, and pointing you in the right direction from there.

Hi Velvet, im also wondering about the other local Tom you mention, who perhaps needs rescuing or at least neutering. I will give you a call, it will come up withheld, but once im through to you I can give you our mainline number for our registered cat rescue charity and we can take things from there. Thanks again

Hi Rusty. The meeting today was a little later than I thought but went fine. The lady was genuine. Sadly, it's not her cat. Thank you so much for taking the time today to ring me. Your advice and wise strategies have been (and will continue to be), invaluable. I will keep an eye out for that tom. I'll have to spot him before he spots me. Our last run-in about four nights ago, was a protracted affair where he was forced to abandon his latest quarry and still couldn't shake me off, not for quite a long time. I will do my best. Best wishes Anne
