Circumstances: The cat was on our fence in our back garden. She came down and we started petting her and giving her water. She now keeps coming back.

The cat will keep coming back if you keep petting, feeding, watering, it doesnt look stray to me. Its probably someones cat. Why not ask around all your neighbours, and perhaps dont reveal the cats location & image because you will leave it vulnerable to theft. If for some reason you think the cat is stray then pist & contact a rescue

Take the cat to the bow PDSA and ask them to scan for a microchip If one is not found you can go online and contact LONDON INNER CITY KITTIES They are based on Mile End very very helpful fast response hope this helps Lisa
