Markings:	neutered male tabby, no right eye (fur now growing back), distinctive right ear, reported as missing on his microchip.
Circumstances:	Escaped from his pen. Very timid, won't approach people. Likely to be hiding in near by gardens, outbuilding, garages, or sheds.
