Circumstances:	Billy was let out when I wasnt around. He was recovering from being neutered and an injury from fighting prior to being neutered. We had recently adopted him but he has always roamed but would always return.

Billy was found in the garden he was found in last time. He has been neutered recently, but still wanders.
