Hi, Sadly i have just found a dead African grey parrot outside my work in the Stechford area of Birmingham. Looks very similar to your pic.

Hi, I've looked and can't see any leg ring on the bird. I've contacted a vets to see if I can take it there, I'm happy to do this if the vets our willing. I'll update you when the vets come back to me.

Hi, just a quick update, I've spoke to a couple of vets locally to stechford and they won't let me bring the bird in as it's appointments only and they have non available as it's not classed as emergency. I'm kind of at a loss of what to do now. Apologies.

One of the vets have phoned me back and said I can drop the bird off to them. I'll be taking it in at half 5 and I'll give them your number. It's the lodge vets at the fox and goose.
