Sex:	Neutered Male
Collar:	Red with a bwll
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Little brown birth mark on his nose. His tail is short and fluffy. He is mostly white with patches of black and brown fur over his body.
Circumstances:	Hugo did not come in for lunch and when I tried to call him in for dinner he ran across the road and has not come back home since.
