Circumstances:	I have been having some decorating done and I think the change in routine, noise etc has affected Higgins. I saw Higgins last at about 5.00 pm on the 24/09/2023. When I tried to get him in later that evening he did not appear. Higgins normally stays in at night and responds when called.

Hi, I might have seen your cat today around 8.15 am at 89 Selly park. I could not take him, I called but no-one answer, I took a picture but it is not very clear.
