Collar:	LINCOLN HAS BEEN SEEN WEARING A BLUE GLITTERY COLLAR.
Microchipped:	Yes
Circumstances:	Lincoln is a very friendly and went missing on 08/08, Lincoln was wearing the collar pictured but has now been spotted wearing a blue glittery collar.

*UPDATE* Lincoln has been spotted wearing a pink collar with a yellow bell, we feel as though someone has catnapped him. Please if you have any information or knowledge do get in touch.
