Circumstances: Is 21, needs medication daily, partially deaf&blind. Usually only goes out front of house and neighbours front gardens for a few minutes then comes in. Seems to have wandered off and hasn’t been seen since.

She has been missing for months now, she was at least 21 with health issues and needed daily medication. We’re all sad to say it’s not likely she’s coming home.
