Circumstances:	This cat was brought into the vets by a member of the public. It was lying by the road. It was in a very poor condition with fly strike, fleas, very thin and with a suspected tumor. Sadly he could not be saved. He had either been a stray for a long time or a ferral. Photo available for ID from Bicester Vets.
