That’s kind of a rude question but I’ve just moved to a new flat and I don’t have permission to place anything on the windows yet

Its not a rude question, its a question of welfare concern. If nothing placed on windows yet then why were they open - your on the 4th floor for christ sake! And shes not even spayed or chipped. I find that totally irresponsible ownership, in fact disgraceful, and as someone who works in this field I find that a huge concern!

Shes not spayed or chipped because I rescued her recently from a home in where she was being mistreated and I had just spent a lot on vet bills just to make sure that she healed from her many injuries before doing anything else, wich by the way was the veterinary recommendation. Firstly if you don’t actually know the circumstances it is not correct for you to skip to judgement about “irresponsible ownership” just because someone’s ownership does not look like yours, and yes it is incredibly rude. SHES loved, well fed and healthy and spoiled. Not being chipped or spayed yet does not make an owner irresponsible if circumstances do not immediately allow it. I don’t leave windows randomly open and unsupervised because I know it’s not safe for her, and obviously I’m concerned for the fact she managed to slip through but I’m honestly more concerned about making sure she comes back and she’s okay and safe that satisfying your inconsideration.
