Markings:	Lump on tip of tail ,and tiger looking tail
Circumstances:	He went for his normal garden walk in morning,then come home ,went back out cat flap as like normal
Other info:	He looks very skinny ,but is not he is just very old ,he needs medication,can be very unpredictable
