If this is a little female cat is looks like Stella from Rectory Road. I think that is her tracker.

Yes, I’ve seen this cat in the car park at Beckenham Junction Station a while back. She had a tag with a phone number on as well as the plastic gps tracker on her collar. I waited with her for her owners to collect her after someone rang the number on her collar. She’s a bit of a roamed apparently and her owners used the gps tracker to find her. On that occasion they said that the trackers battery was flat though.
