Circumstances:	The cat has been wondering around the neighbourhood howling for about a week. Very timid.
Other info:	Looks young. Small cat.

I took the cat to the Bath Cats and Dogs Home and, after lots of treatment, he was adopted by a new owner and is apparently very happy in his new home. The Cats and Dogs Home believed he had been straying for a long time.
