Circumstances:	My cat was distressed sitting in the kitchen looking outside. I then got a torch and went out. I saw the cat sitting outside my garden and It won't leave
Other info:	Appears friendly but nervous. Have been seeing this cat for a while at the back of my garden. I am worried because it won't go home even if its raining. Not sure if it has been abandoned, lost or just simply does not want to go home
