Circumstances:	Looking for food and being described by a fellow resident as living in a wild like setting between the Whiteleaf Centre and Primrose Lodge, Stocklake. Also taking shelter every night below my window from the wind and the rain and meowing as a cry for help.
Other info:	Looks like the pet has been well cared for but then maybe abandoned maybe probably if has been abandoned because if financial worries.
