Markings:	Slightly short lower jaw and excess skin around it
Circumstances:	Unsure. Cats were being looked after while I was in hospital. Came back and Ozzy was missing. He's a house cat and never been out but could have been spooked by the sitter who he didn't know and got out. Sitter not saying anything!!!
Other info:	Odd white hair on chest. Eyes can look more amber than green
