Circumstances:	Walking along the road oblivious to the traffic that was stopping to avoid hitting him, very approachable, dusty coat with lots of fur dropping out when stroked and wearing a collar which was coated in what appeared to be animal excrement as if the dog was used to living in a barn or outbuilding. Dog was taken to Bodrwnsiwn Vets at Mona.
