Circumstances:	Have seen this cat multiple times in the neighbourhood - once curled up on a bin round 0800, and napping in devonshire road in the afternoon several times. Today, it curled very tight beside a wall around 0745. It was very friendly, and in my opinion it was cold for the touch. I have it some snacks and it gobbled all of them down in a rush.
