Circumstances:	This Blue Australian budgerigar just flew into my apartment in parc tawe. Nobody here knows who it belongs to, the RSPCA won't come to take him, and the RSPB & vets are closed. I need to find the owner asap, it's dangerous with seagulls killing pigeons here, I can't just let him free. However, I am not equipped to look after a bird. I can't hold him/her for more than one night, please help!!!!!!

Hi, Can you take him to St James Parkway Vets on Gower Road? They are open for out of hours care and will keep him there until ownets are found.
