Ok Hun so the thing is this..... HE IS NOT HANGING OUTSIDE FOR THE FUN OF IT!!! It’s not a weird FLUKE why he’s there!! Cats are SUPER SUPER INTELLIGENT & as they can’t speak they do actions to tell us they need help! Then they rely on an intelligent human to decode their actions! This cat is doing this behaviour for a reason! He’s in desperate need of help & please be his saviour! Get him to a vets for microchip scan and health check as cats go down hill quickly when they’re dehydrated as their organs start shutting down! If no owner he needs re homing and please use a local rescue centre or foster home as any new home needs a professional homechecker! Have you checked on Nextdoor.com see if there are missing cat posts? Be aware that nefarious people will steal him for dog baiting as dog fighting rings still operate! Never put cats exact location! Also if no microchip and someone claims him they need photos as proof & vet documents such as spaying & vaccine paperwork! Even if microchipped many cats are being abandoned due to the pandemic as people lose jobs! please don’t put exact location! This happened recently..... a woman saw two cats n Chiswick she thought looked a bit rough & she put exact location on Facebook! Then it was discovered the cats were owned but had been shaved due to matted fur! Then... a neighbour saw one of the cats being bundled into a car ! The neighbour got a partial car reg & after a week police found the person who was arrested and cat was reunited with his owner! God knows what would have happened to the cat! Many cats are stolen & sold on Gumtree So take down exact location & if this cat isn’t chipped anyone claiming him must show photos & vets paperwork Don’t show full photo of cat either so anyone claiming him must describe or have photo of a particular fur pattern say on left side of cat or a paw marking

I agree with you ,but people to recognize a cat need see a picture .
