Is the white streak on the left side or right side? Does he have a fluffy tail? Quite a musical meow that he uses frequently?

He looks identical to one normally near Sudeley St. I’m wondering if someone picked him up. We can come identify him if needed. Many B&W cats look similar!

Hi, to be honest I simply posted it to spread the word, this cat was seen on the street looking lost by someone else who contacted me in case it was my missing cat. It's not mine and he loots lost and with scars above the eyes. This is not near me so I posted this photo and the exact location.

I do not know what happened. I listed this as someone looking out for my lost cat at the time had seen this little one on the streets. I did not and do not live nearby and do not know what has been of this little soul.
