Does she belong to the two homeless people or are you saying she was sighted with them? If not chipped I would keep an eye on Petslocated and Doglost. I did see earlier a dog was found in Camberwell described as a Jack Russel with large ears. Maybe too small? Will get the link but there was no photo.

Hi Reggie, no, she belonged to them. They lived with me for a while but I had to let them go due to anti social behaviour. But Bella is such a lovely dog I would like to know she is OK. I really appreciate you helping, thanks.

Also as well as DOTS try StreetVets https://www.streetvet.co.uk/ you could also lodge a report to Battersea online. Maybe even do a Doglost website page too.
